Santa Perawan Maria Church / Kepanjen Church
This church was built in 1822 during the Dutch colonial era. It is one of the oldest churches in Surabaya. Nowadays, this church is one of the cultural heritage buildings reserved by the Surabaya city government. The unique fact about this building is the glass mosaic window created by Jaques Verheyen with pictures designs by Bruder Coenraad, Ir. Ang Koen Ie and Muljono Wirjosastro. Kepanjen church has two towers each is 15 meters tall, decorated with a crucifix of 3.75 meters and a rooster of 3.50 meters.
